Subject to the Investigating Committee report there will be two ballots taken for Affiliation.
An application for affiliation from Douglas Fraser Smith has been received he is a resident of Elliot Lake. His mother Lodge is Fidelity Lodge No. 428 in Port Perry, he is also a member of Elliot Lake Lodge No. 698.
An application for affiliation from Antony Mark Buckland has been received he is a resident of Blind River. His mother Lodge is Composite Lodge No. 667 in Hamilton.
