Degree Work
The ballot being favourable Mr. Austin Jean of Chapleau will be initiated into the secrets and mysteries of Ancient Freemasonry. Mr. Jean has been recommended by W. Bro. Les Arnott and R.W. Bro. Frank Broomhead.
Applications For Affiliation
Applications for affiliation have been received from Bro. Monty MacIntyre and W. Bro. Troy Dereski of Woodland Lodge No. 680 in Wawa. These Brethren were recommended by R.W. Bro. James Broomhead and R.W. Bro. Frank Broomhead.
Donation
Sincerest thanks are extended to W. Bros. Doug and Tim Collins and their sister Susan for the very generous donation made to Lorne Lodge No. 622 in memory of their father V.W. Bro. George Collins. Bro. George was a dedicated Mason and member of Lorne serving as Worshipful Master and as Treasurer for many years. It is my understanding that he was the driving force behind getting us the building that we now profess to admire. V.W. Bro Collins also served the Brethren of Nipissing West District as District Secretary.
