On clearance from Grand Lodge and a favorable investigation we will also be balloting on Mr. Paul Richard Owl who resides at 27 Hillside Dr. West. Cutler D.O.B. 1985-02-18, occupation , Business owner, recommended by W. Bro. Michael Campbell and Bro. Mathew Roscoe.
