George Thomas and W. Bro. Douglas Elliott, Also Mr. Richard Gervais of 243 Mississauga Ave. Elliott Lake, d.o.b. 1984-04-28 occupation, construction worker, recommended by Bro. William Elliott and Bro. Allan Oberland.
