Business of the Evening
General Business – Masonic Education – Balloting for Candidates – Conferring Degrees – Payment of Accounts – Committee Reports.
Application For Initiation
An application for initiation has been received from Mr. John Maddock a resident of Chapleau.
Application For Affiliation
An application for affiliation has been received from R.W. Bro. William Joseph Lawrence Weeks of Algoma Lodge No. 469 in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.
Ballot
On favourable reports of the Investigating Committees separate ballots will be conducted on each of the above applicants.
Initiation
If the ballot is favourable Mr. John Maddock will be initiated into the Secrets and Mysteries of Ancient Free and Accepted Masonry.
Elections and Installation
During this regular meeting we will be electing a new slate of officers for the ensuing Masonic year. Brethren, if any of you have a desire to take a chair for 2017-2018 please make your intention known to either W. Bro. Travis or Bro. Secretary prior to the regular meeting.
